(Right Mouse click, save link as)
Basic Shock and Vibration – begins June 4, 2024
Structural Dynamics and Finite Element Analysis – begins June 5, 2024
Fatigue Analysis – begins June 3, 2024
Acoustics – pending
The schedule is subject to change.
There will be some overlap between the sets.
Multiple sessions of each unit will be offered to accommodate students’ schedules and time zones as reasonably as possible. Students will also receive links to pre-recorded audio/visual files of the units and the slides.
The class will use the vibrationdata_App GUI software. The class textbook “An Introduction to Shock & Vibration Response Spectra” is also posted at the above link.
Students who do not have Matlab can use the stand-alone executable version.
There is no maximum class size.
Students may ask questions during class. I will also be available to help students outside of class.

Great content, topics, breadth and depth, Tom!
Is it too late to join the Vibration with FEA class, starting on June 5… and can you provide class schedule.
You can still join the class. The schedule is given at: https://vibrationdata.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/2024_structural_dynamics_fea_summer_reva.xlsx
Mr. Irvine, I am wondering if it is possible to pay for past video recorded lessons on Fatigue and Modal Analysis. I will keep an eye on your comments. Greetings
